Error - System Tray Notice

When I go to launch Braina.. it tells me it's already launched and in the system tray.  Problem is... as of 2 nights ago (when I updated braina)... it is NOT in the system tray and I have to reboot the system in order for it to launch correctly. 

When will this be fixed?

PS - The shortcut doesn't work, either.  Nothing pulls up Braina except a re-boot
