Transcription troubles

Braina is absolutely brilliant at transcribing MP3 files to text: almost 100% accuracy. The only problem is that it will very rarely do this. More often than not, pressing the transcribe button does nothing at all. Any suggestions?

We need more information to look into this issue. Are you receiving any error message? Can you share some of the audio files that don't work for you with us? If yes, please email them at support@brainasoft.com
