Voice recog, Control/ Navigation/ and Numeric input

Sorry, I'm a complete noob here; looking for a friend and bookkeeper client that has a benign tremor, finding it more difficult to do data entry,  particularly numbers.  Has anyone used Braina to facilitate this?
