Norwegian punctuation in Dictation mode

In dictation mode and Norwegian language I want to dictate punctuation. But it does not work.
Are there specific settings I should change?
Or is Norwegian simply not supported when it comes to dictating punctuation?

 I found no answer when searching the forum, so hopefully someone has an answer which can lead me to a solution.
