Braina stops working when trying to create a new Hotkey

When I try to create a new Hotkey in Braina PRO (by clicking on the 'Hotkey' button in Custom Commands), I get this error message: "Braina - Human Language Interface has stopped working"

...and then Braina closes down.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
