Phone Number woes

So I tried to store a list of phone numbers using the Learn from File functionality using this terminology

The phone number for x is +35xxxxxxx
The phone number for y is +35xxxxxxx

When I played this in and asked the question expecting this to return a spoken quote of the individual numbers, instead it has interpreted this as +350 billion, xx million, xx thousand and xx. This was NOT what I wanted so I amended the file to add dashes like this

The phone number for x is +35-xxx-xxxx
The phone number for y is +35-xxx-xxxx

However when I ask again, the original first reply is what is returned. I have tried negating (The phone number for x is NOT +35xxxxxxx) but to no avail (either by speaking or reading this in from file).

1. How does one clear these entries
2. How does one store the entries so that the spoken word is individual digits rather than one single integer ?
