Using custom reply, how does one make random conditional answers.

Simple example, where A1, A2, A3 are the conditional answers

Q: I am tired
A1: Then perhaps you should take a nap
A2: Then perhaps you should have some coffee
A3: Then perhaps you should have a cup of tea
