Starting with lower case as standard?

Is it possible to make Braina insert everything in lower case as standard? At the moment when inserting words in the middle of a sentence, it begins with a capital. I would like it to insert everything with lower case as standard, unless told differently.

You can use lowercase command to insert next sentence in lowercase.
