Unable to dictate - RED circle around micrphone

Purchased PRO and started the dictation process into Word and I get a secondary window that has CHANGE LANGUAGE at the bottom
The screen says CLICK THE ALLOW BUTTON TO USE THE MICOPHONE

Please follow the steps below to solve the problem you are facing:

1) Open chrome browser and type "chrome://settings/" (without quotes) in the URL bar. This will open Chrome settings page. Scroll down till you find "Show advanced settings..." link and click on it.

2) Under Privacy heading, click on "Content settings" button. Scroll down till you find Microphone settings. Please tick the "Ask when a site requires access to your microphone" option.

3) Now click on the "Manage exceptions" button under Microphone settings. Check whether "speaktobraina.appspot.com" exits under the Hostname pattern and if it exits check the Behavior besides it. If it is set to "Block" then click on the X button present on the extreme right side to remove it.

4) Click on the blue microphone button in Braina and if it asks for microphone permission, click on the "Allow" button. Done. The speech recognition function should work properly now.
