Braina and Braina PRO Support / Creating "Close" commands
Last post by demond0jones - Dec 10, 2017, 07:44 PM
Are we able to create our own close commands? It appears that whenever I attempted to create a close command, the software the software returns an error.  I attempted to create a "close out everything" command but was met with the following, "can you rephrase that, please?
Click here to search your input on the web."

Braina and Braina PRO Support / Translate not working?
Last post by demond0jones - Dec 06, 2017, 12:44 AM
Maybe I am stating it wrong but when I use the "translate: How are you in <any language>" I am getting a long error message read back to me.  Please advise. @saurav

This is not the only time it has done so as it has done so with a few other "open" commands.

@saurav - I have received the same response from Braina stating, "I can't get it."

@saurav - Maybe you can assist with this question possibly.

Braina and Braina PRO Support / Re: Time In Other Cities error

The command is "Time in <city>". So you will need to specify city name instead of state. California is a state. Try asking for time in Sacramento or San Francisco. We understand that the system should give correct results irrespective of whether user enters city or state name. We are working to improve our system. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that the time in New York is NOT the same time as it is in California.  There's a 3 hour difference. And yet, it's 3:00 in New York and it's 3:00 in California, according to Braina.

I'll have to inform my friends in California that their clocks are all wrong, now.  They'll be thrilled.
