Making dictation mode off in other language

I'm using BRAINA in French.
Making dictation mode on works great in french but not to disable it.
I would like to make a custom command but, what is the command to put the dictation mode off ?

You will simply need to enter command value as "dictation mode off" (without quotes) while creating a custom command.
