Repeated commands and left-click

When giving repeated commands such as "left click"  or "scroll down" to Braina, the program will tell me "you are repeating yourself". Is there anyway to disable this? I would like to be able to use click with voice commands repeteadly.

Is there also anyway to have Braina "left-click"  while only saying "click"?

You can also say "click" instead of "left click".
