Spell Checking in Office Programs

Is there any way in Dictation mode to use Custom Commands to clean up the document using the in-built spell-checker (or to implement a spell checking function within Braina) ?

Alt + F7 is the keyboard shortcut for spell checker in Word. You can create a custom command for the same.

Thanks Suarav, but since I do not know what the key press needed for Alt is, could you supply the command and I will test this ?
