High DPI Scaling in high resolution monitors (like 4K)

In some monitors, the settings font and Braina's window are displayed very small due to high DPI.

To fix this issue you can right-click on the Braina's application icon, such as via a shortcut on the desktop, and select Properties. Then, select the Compatibility tab. Under settings, click Change high DPI settings. This opens a new window where you can check off the Override high DPI scaling behavior box. There are three options for this setting, Application, System, and System (Enhanced). Try each one and check which option works best for you.
