how do I repeat a left mouse click every 2 minutes repeatedly?

Here is what's going on.  I am playing a game called Raid.  I am trying to auto left mouse click every 2 minutes with no luck.

This is what i have tried.

Custom Command of ctrl 0 to left mouse click.

press left click. Hot key ctrl + 0 or ^0.

press {appactivate *Raid Shadow Legends*}^0    *I have tried with and without the "*"   I have tried "Raid.exe" and "Plarlium" makers of Raid.

I have tried to schedule task and set to 2 minutes with all of the above custom command entries.  But the only thing it does it bring up Braina and type the ^0.

What am I doing wrong?
