Custom commands doesn't start by voice

I have the problem that Braina doesnt activate my custom commands when I try to activate them by voice. They only work when I type the commands. Why does this happen?

I have attached a screenshot where i first use my voice to activate the command "g" and next I type the command "g". Only typing activates the custom command.

Please check whether dictation mode is off.
