Training a Braina

Can I train Braina according to my commands and replies? I have already created a complete project in .net framework. And now I am planning for inserting voice assistance. Lets say for example. If I say Braina to select tongs(medical tool) from my application then Braina must select it. Is this kind of functionality available for Braina?

Have you kept a shortcut key for select tongs(medical tool) in your application? You cannot use speech recognition offline.
