Next Update? Bug Fixes? WHEN!!?

Well... you said in April it would be out in May.... then you said in May it would be out at the end of June.  It's now the end of June... and you've eliminated features I paid for (Skype calling, etc)... and have yet to produce an update.  Which means.... all the bugs are still bugs after 5 whole months without an update... and all the other bugs from last year that you still didn't fix... are there as well.  So... this begs me to ask the question again:

Where are the updates.... where are the bug fixes.... and how come I paid for features that never worked and are now disabled?   And.... next time I renew my subscription.... will you offer me a discount or a free year due to your inability to give us timely bug fixes and features that you promised under the Pro Subscription, but you never delivered?

Let's just keep it simple.... where's the (much) promised bug fixes and the (much) promised updates?
