Android App, Microphone not hearing on my Galaxy Core Prime SM-G361F

Hi,

App installed on device with no issue.

Text communication between device and PC works fine.

When it is 'Listening'... It can not hear me.

The microphone is fine as the voice recorder app works on the device.

Any suggestions please.

Still having this issue after trying multiple things.
I am now using a different phone without any problems, so I can only presume it is an issue of compatibility between the Braina App and a Galaxy Core Prime.

Have you given Microphone permission for Braina app on your Galaxy Core Prime?

Hello...

Yes I have.. I have installed it several times... each time granting it access to the Microphone and my Network.

I have just checked the permissions again, just now.. permission to my microphone has been granted.

Do you have access to the same phone model to see if you can replicate this issue?
