When I open Braina, I get the following error. The file is noit there. In fact, neither is the Braina folder itself. What should I do about this?

The quota does not auto-renew. The free quota provided is for evaluation purpose and it is limited in both lite and pro versions. However, advance AI quota is cheap. For normal usage, quota worth $15 should last an year.

So far I like what Braina is capable of doing; it can do quite a bit with that comprehensive list of its commands. It becomes especially capable with its ability to play any video file I designated in a/any folder with just "Play video <x>" command.

Now I want to get a little more in depth: can I copy the <x>/variable onto clipboard with similar commands?

For example, if I say : "Put onto clipboard <x>", or like above, "Remember video name <x>", then it would copy it; what should I put in the command box for the <x> to be copied?

So if I say: "Put onto clipboard White Castle", then when I open empty notepad and click paste, "White Castle" will be pasted on there.

I tried "copy <x> onto clipboard", "copy <x>", "copy <x> as text" as command response, none worked.


Any help would be appreciated.

I just ran out of quota in the free version.
1.  After a certain time period, does it auto-renew?
2.  Is there a quota limitation in the paid version?

Braina is absolutely brilliant at transcribing MP3 files to text: almost 100% accuracy. The only problem is that it will very rarely do this. More often than not, pressing the transcribe button does nothing at all. Any suggestions?

You can disable tips from Settings. You can also set a voice command prefix so that Braina only takes the command only after a particular word or phrase is spoken.

Currently there is no way to completely stop Braina's replies except for custom commands. However, you can use custom commands and disable replies to commands starting with particular word. For example, a custom command, open <x> with value clear your reply will stop replies from commands starting with the word open. If you use such commands make sure that it is the last in the list as it may cause conflicts with other custom commands.

For example, I need the "Open my documents" command to do nothing while my only custom command of "open my documents in my deep sea J folder", but if the latter parts are not heard correctly or covered by noises Braina may open the normal documents folder, and even without a custom command, I will never need this folder to open by mishearing a command.

I can set a custom reply of "..." for command "Open my documents", but there are too many default replies and there are also default replies to things it can't understand.


Braina would also reply when a (voice)command is not meant for her.

I have already changed her name, and she would still replay something like: "Hi, this is Braina, how can I assist you?" when sometimes heard things it can't understand.

It would annoying say: "You can say 'what's the weather like' to ask about weather....." or something along the line when a command that is actually meant for another program; the other pass is listening for many commands constantly.

So when I say "Update the wall to color red", the other program will know exactly what to say and do (custom speech replay and macro), I don't need Braina to say things like: "If you have a suggestion for my developers, use this link:..." or "You can set an alarm at... by...", when my other program already says: "Ok, I'll update the wall to a red color right now" or "would like a dark or light red?"

She also often says: "I am sorry. I am not able to do that just yet, but I will be learning it soon." Or "I am not totally sure about that." at the same time of my other app's reply and action.

The voices overlaps; I did not think Braina would just constantly reply to things it can't understand, even though it couldn't understand for dozens of things for the past 10 minutes, but it just keeps going...

So it would great if I can set Braina to not respond at all when it does not understand the input (I have the AI chat engine turned off).


One important thing: the listening has to be on during these sessions with Braina as I Do not have access to the Keyboard or mouse during them.

I still need Braina's custom replay during them.  The custom commands from Braina are the ones the other app can't replay.  So if there is any way I can set Braina to ignore all her other commands Except the custom ones it'd be great.

I have several questions after using it for a while.  It is actually pretty neat and I can set variable terms in between custom voice commands.

Can I set it so Braina will not replay to anything Except my custom commands?  Actually, let me post a new topic with the question with the details.
