Is there a specific skype configuration requirement?
For example, I would say "call toto" and Braina would reply calling toto using skype.
Skype is opening but return the error saying that this person isn't in my contact list.

@Franck E You will need to specify Skype username of toto. For example, if Skype username of toto is toto123, you need to input call toto123.
To find the Skype username of a contact, you can simply right click on the contact in Skype and select "View Profile".
To avoid remembering Skype username of various contacts and directly call them using their name, you can create custom commands (http://www.brainasoft.com/braina/custom-commands.html).
