I'd like to suggest that you consider making an option for your window to remain Always On Top. It will provide visibility for the Braina window at all times without taking focus. Both Dragon and MS Speech Recognition do this.
Also, the iPhone app you are working on would boost your user base immensely, I think.

@mpoling - I agree. I use the AlwaysOnTop app for Windows and the shortcut key CTRL+Spacebar for the time being.
