Dictated text begins several times, extra spaces and capitalization

Hi

Congratulations on your great software! I've noticed 3 minor annoyances that I hope you'll be able to fix:

1. When dictating in Polish into a web form in Chrome, I've noticed that the recognized text sometimes begins several times, like this:

This is recognized this is recognized text

2. Sometimes text begins with a space, and an extra space is inserted at the beginning when you select a word to overwrite it. It would be great to get rid of those.

3. Lastly, as commands for capitalization don't seem to work in Polish, would you consider adding an option so that text dictated after a pause begins with a capital letter? Now, recognized text mostly begins with a small letter, which requires correction.
