Serial Key/Number Email?

Hello,

I just purchased braina and got a receipt from paypal but it does not contain my username or serial number for Braina Pro activation. Also, is there a way to teach Braina certain words or add them to her library? Such as medical jargon...

Now I have both and it says invalid username or serial key!?! what the hell

Please check whether a firewall or antivirus software is not blocking Braina's connection to the Internet.

I tried through 2 different networks and get the same response when I try to register. Any other suggestions?

Please make sure that you are entering exactly the same username and serial key as mentioned. Also make sure you have created exception for Braina.exe in your firewall software. If problem persists please email our support team: https://www.brainasoft.com/braina/contact/
