NLP and weather questions

I was wondering when Braina would be able to understand random weather questions. For example, if I were to ask how warm/hot it would get today. I would hope to get only the high temperature predicted for today. The same would apply if I asked for how cold/cool it would get tonight. It would also be nice to just say, "Will it rain today?" and have Braina reply, "Yes, rain is predicted." or "No rain is predicted for today." Or if I were to ask if I'd need an umbrella or raincoat today, that Braina would understand that I'm asking if it will rain.
